Okay I have spent the last 2 days dealing with my computer support and several other people all because something was accidentally deleted which then caused a nasty chain reaction. I am not quite sure they should call these places "support" when all they do is take forever to get to a person and when you do you get somebody who you can barely understand. And what is with this "press this" a bazillion times?
