This is the much discussed element of torture. I spent 40 minutes on this thing this morning and went 10.24 miles total. I am sticking to the 40 minutes every other day. So far this is working. I don't know what the weight loss is for the week but still would like to go with the 2 lbs. a week.
So He has opened up His storehouses again. It is looking like a snowglobe outside. Did I mention I am not a big fan of winter?
